Christelle Szymkowicz, the Founder and CEO of Kreyol Kitchen, was born and raised in Haiti. She moved to the US in 2004 for college and quickly realized that her meals would not magically appear as they had when she was growing up. With the help of her mother and some chefs on TV, her culinary passion blossomed. After serving countless meals made with her homemade seasoning EPIS at dinner parties and getting several requests for more, Kreyol Kitchen was born. "I created Kreyol Kitchen to empower people in the kitchen, inspire people to eat healthy, save them valuable preparation time, and provide excellent value for their money," she says.
