Adobo Chicken


1-1 ½  lbs.  Chicken Boneless  thighs

2 Tablespoon Adobo (* Recommend: Frontera, “Chipotle Pepper Adobo with Roasted Tomato”)

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon EPIS

Salt to taste



Mix chicken, adobo, olive oil and EPIS. Marinate for an hour and up to a day.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay chicken evenly on a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper. Cook for 30-35 minutes.

Let rest, cut and serve.
