Cauliflower Rice



2 cup Cauliflower Rice

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 tablespoon  EPIS

Salt to taste




Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat, then add EPIS.

After 1 minute add cauliflower rice and cook for 4-5 minutes.


*Good for salads, bowls, as a side dish, etc.

Add your favorite vegetables for a quick, low carb stir- fry or with eggs for Fried Rice.
