Herb Butter Lobster


4 lobster tails

4 Tablespoon Butter

½ Tablespoon EPIS



Cut the upper shell lengthwise  using kitchen shears, all the way to the tail.

In a large pot bring some water to boil.

Put the tails in, lower heat and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from pot.

Open the shells and gently remove lobster meat in one piece.

In a skillet melt butter add EPIS and lobster. Baste Lobster tail in  butter. Cook for 3 minutes or until meat is white and not translucent.
