Kreyol Kitchen Easy Homemade Croutons

1 loaf of crusty bread, cut into cubes

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 tablespoons EPIS

¾ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, toss cubed bread with oil , EPIS and salt until evenly distributed.

Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through, in order to brown all sides of the croutons.  Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the cubes, about 15-20 minutes total.

Remove from oven, and let cool completely. Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container for about 1 week.

Use your croutons on salads and soups, for casserole and stuffing, or for a quick snack.
