Mushroom Pasta


8 oz Spaghetti or Fettuccini

1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1 Tablespoon EPIS

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt to taste



Cook Pasta per packet instruction.

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add EPIS and cook for 2 minutes.

Add drained pasta and toss gently.


Serve with freshly grated parmesan!
