Shrimp Fajita


1-pound shrimp ( uncooked, peeled, deveined)

1 large onion (halved and sliced)

1 red bell pepper (halved, seeded and sliced)

1 orange bell pepper (halved, seeded and sliced)

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon EPIS

1 teaspoon paprika

Flour tortilla (Optional)



In a bowl toss, shrimp, EPIS and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Add onions and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Add shrimp top the same pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Return onions and peppers, and cook for 2 more minutes.


Serve with Tortilla, or as you would like!
