Tuna Salad

2  5 ounce can Tuna

1 tablespoon EPIS (SPICY recommended)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ tablespoon mustard

½ tablespoon Olive Oil

1/3  cup diced celery (Optional)

2 tablespoons minced red onion (Optional)

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Drain liquid from tuna cans.

In a medium bowl, combine Tuna, EPIS, Mayonnaise, mustard, Olive Oil, celery and red onion.

Add salt and pepper if needed.

 

*Can be used for sandwiches, on a bed of greens, tuna melts or enjoyed on its own!
